Access to Orford Ness involves a 5 minute ferry crossing the River Ore, from Orford quay.

Please bear in mind that there is a 30 minute walk from the ferry drop off point to the Pagoda Installation, but think of it as a nice day out in beautiful surroundings.

You will also need to take some lunch, though there will be drinks and light refreshments available on-site.

There are car parking facilities in the village of Orford.

If arriving by train, from Liverpool Street, get off at Melton where there is a taxi office, (Atlas Cars). It is a 20 minute taxi journey from Melton to Orford.

To accommodate the potential visitor numbers please return the booking form, indicating preferred arrival time.

Trains from Liverpool Street leave at 8-00am and 10-30am and arrive at Melton at 10-13am and 12-13am.
